Horaires : Samedi et Dimanche: 9h00 – 10h15 / 10h30 – 11h45 / 15h00 – 16h15 / 16h30 – 17h45.
Un cours gratuit d’initiation à l’Aïkido est proposé aux personnes qui souhaitent découvrir cette discipline, entre 12h00 et 12h30, le samedi et le dimanche.
(Une tenue confortable pour la pratique est recommandée.)
